Smells Like Home

One of my favorite smells in spice. It just makes me feel so homey. I've tried candles and plug-ins and nothing seems to fill the house all day. The best way I've found to make the house smell so spicy and homey is simple. I fill a pot with water, add cinnamon sticks, whole allspice and whole cloves, turn the burner on low and let simmer and fill the house with good ol' fashioned homey-ness.
