Margherita Pizza
Pizza dough
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, drained
20 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano or 2 teaspoons dried oregano
8 cups (2 pounds) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Spoon tomatoes over dough. Top with basil, oregano, cheese, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
