A Zesty Twist

A twist to your normal spaghetti dinner.

Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
2 Tbsp. cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package.

Remove sauce from heat. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

Oh Oh It's Magic!

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser

LOVE IT! The banister on my stairs is white, well it's supposed to be anyways. I was not looking forward to the possibility that I would have to paint it (I HATE TO PAINT) On a whim, I took Mr. Clean and gave a good scrub. Viola'! Looks brand new! Awesome! 2 side notes: #1 don't buy the off brand; doesn't work #2 I went to elementary school with Mr. Clean's daughter. Yes, he was a real person (I think he died not too long ago) I've actually met him; and yes he looks like his "picture." Does he count as a celebrity?
