Spicy ice cream is all the hot rave right now and I recently read about one creative flavor that I just had to share with you all. It is called Cold Sweat Ice Cream at Sunni Sky's Homemade Ice Cream in Angier, NC. Customers must sign a waiver before eating this ice cream which is made with Thai chiles, habanero and pequin peppers as well as hot sauce.
The waiver ends with this: "It should be noted that what is painful going in, may be painful upon exit." Oh! That's nice - just makes me want to gobble that right on down. Thanks, but I'll pass.
