S'Mores Ice Cream Sandwiches
32 graham cracker squares
1/2 cup chocolate frosting (store bought is fine)
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream
Spread frosting on top of 16 graham crackers. Spread marshmallow creme on the other 16 crackers.
Place 1 scoop chocolate ice cream on each frosting covered cracker. Top with remaining crackers, marshmallow sides down, pressing lightly.
Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze about 2 hours or until firm. *Sandwiches can be made ahead and kept in the freezer up to 2 weeks.
