'Tis the Season for Shakes and Smoothies - Grapefruit Tea

Tired? Me too! This tea contains a small amount of caffeine to boost your energy levels while the grapefruit prevents the breakdown of the caffeine so it remains effective longer. Yes, please!!

Grapefruit Tea

1 cup brewed green or black tea, cooled
1 cup grapefruit pieces
2 - 3 ice cubes

Blend together.

*Grapefruits are a source of Vitamin C, folate, magnesium, potassium, and inositol, a member of the Vitamin B complex.
*Grapefruits is the perfect fruit for those with heart disease.
