'Tis the Season for Shakes & Smoothies - Yogurt Cooler Smoothie

Ache?  Pain?  Blackberries and pineapples both contain Salicylates which is a natural form of aspirin.  Nature's medicine cabinet.

Yogurt Cooler Smoothie

1-1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup blackberries
1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice

Blend together.

*Pineapple contains an enzyme that digests protein.
*Yogurt is a natural source of friendly bacteria and a natural antibiotic.
